Born and raised in Summerville, Betsy is married to her husband Leslie. She is the proud mother to Sophie and Rhett, the first grandson in our family! In her free time, Betsy enjoys spending time with her family, crafting, attending church, and hanging out with friends.
Kelly started working with Dr. Finkbine in 1987 as an assistant before returning to Trident Technical College to receive her degree in dental hygiene.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys spending time with her husband and son, Wyatt. Although she is only with us one day a week, we all enjoy Kelly’s lively personality. There is never a dull moment when she is around! Kelly says that she loves the relaxed yet professional atmosphere that we have in our office.
For over 28 years, Tammy has been a part of Dr. Finkbine’s dental team. She is a native of the low country and received her bachelor's degree in dental hygiene from the Medical University of South Carolina. Tammy loves her job and encourages her patients to be proactive in their dental treatment to maintain a healthy smile. Tammy can always be recognized by her contagious laugh; our patients have even nicknamed her Giggles and Smiley!
I love working at Finkbine Family Dentistry. Since I have been here for many years, I am now seeing third and fourth generations of families, which makes it like a family. I also love to see patients feel better about themselves after dental treatment. I do enjoy working with our team.
Tammy grew up in Mount Pleasant, SC and recently moved to Goose Creek. She spends her spare time with family, exploring the outdoors, going to the beach, walking on the piers, and going camping. Tammy and her husband Ricky have two daughters, Christy and Miranda, and two granddaughters, Lily and Irelynn.

Sara grew up in Augusta, GA, and in her free time, she enjoys working out, vacationing with family and friends, reading, and relaxing.
I am fairly new to Charleston. I'm a good 'ol country girl from a small town upstate. Gaffney, SC is where I was born and raised. I love being in the Lowcountry. I joined the Finkbine family team in August 2017. I started out as a patient and enjoyed the office culture so much, I knew that I had to work here. I've been in the medical / dental field since 1999. It's exciting to know I'm a part of helping people have a beautiful smile. When I have free time, I enjoy going to the beach, reading, shopping, and cooking. When I'm not doing that, I'm busy being a mother to my 3 wonderful children; whose ages are 11, 4 and 5 months. We love being outdoors and creating our own kind of fun. We are quite a wild bunch!
